1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using unranked ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

unranked provides SEO rank tracking, keyword discovery, backlink monitoring, site audits, and AI content briefs. We use third-party data providers (DataForSEO, Google APIs) and cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of their data.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One person or entity per account. No shared logins.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Polar.
  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@unranked.io.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until the next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service's operation.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond the provided API and interface.
  • Submit domains you do not own or have authorization to analyze.

6. Data and ownership

  • You own your data. We do not claim ownership of your content or data.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service.
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data (not linked to you) to improve the product.

7. Free tools

The free SEO audit tool and keyword density checker are provided as-is with no guarantee of availability. We may rate-limit or modify free tools at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. unranked is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@unranked.io. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
